Decent watch, probably won't watch again, but can recommend for a Bad Movie Night.
I thought someone had beat Kevin Smith to making "Moose Jaws" so I jumped on this only to find out that it is more of a "Moose-a-taur" type movie.
Still, a small town under siege by an evil monster-man is a pretty good basis for a low-budget horror movie.
While you would think that the new deputy would be a great hero of the moment to rise to the occasion, he is an awkward addition to a far superior protagonist of someone who is portrayed as dismissable.
Chantel Grover pretty much carries the movie, and I can't tell if it because of some very clever writing or if she's just that much of a better actor than everyone else.
